Our client needed a new corporate space, with additional youth services for their clients. Spanning three floors of an existing building built in 1885, the project required careful planning to ensure the space was suitable for offices and youth services. We approached the refurbishment with a collaborative approach to an ever growing and changing scope.

Our work included site management, strip-out, decorations, flooring, electrical, partitions, joinery, low voltage security systems, and fire alarm. Collaborating closely with all stakeholders—including our client we delivered the project to a high standard, creating a workspace our customer can be proud of.
